Our conference will be at Double Tree by Hilton, 24 Ferensway, Kingston Upon Hull, United Kingdom, HU2 8NH.

Unfortunately the, hotel does not provide onsite parking. However there are several independent parking facilities available located behind the hotel. Alternatively, guests may prefer to park in St Stephen’s shopping centre which is within 8 minutes walk.

Registration starts from 8:30. Please come early if you are displaying your poster.

Please come to our registration desk say hello, collect your ID badge.

Please speak with any of the committee members on the day if you require assistance on the day.
