The BSER Annual Conference brings together radiologists, resident doctors, researchers, and allied professionals from across the UK and beyond to broaden and deepen their knowledge in Emergency Radiology. With an engaging programme of expert-led lectures, case-based discussions and valuable networking opportunities, the conference offers something for everyone, whether you are looking to expand your knowledge, develop your practice or connect with colleagues in the field of Emergency Radiology in the UK.

Please note: you need to be a BSER member on the day of the conference to qualify for the members' rate.

If you prefer, you can transfer the conference fee + membership fee together, and one confirmation will be sent to you.

Conference Dinner:

The social dinner will take place at Ambiente Tapas Hull at 6pm on Monday, 21 September 2026.

Please note that your place is not confirmed until we have received your conference fee (prices above).

Please inform us if you are no longer able to attend by emailing us. Registration fees will only be refunded, less a £30.00 administration fee, for written cancellations received prior to 30th June 2026. Refunds will not be made for cancellations received after this date.

All best endeavors will be made to present the programme as above. However, we reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, or plans relating directly or indirectly to the conference for any cause beyond their reasonable control. The conference organizers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations. Participants are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend their personal policy to cover personal possessions: the conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft of belongings. In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organizers or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the organizers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the organizers shall be limited to that refund, and the organizers shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or expense, howsoever caused, incurred, or arising.

The British Society of Emergency Radiology will use registration information for the purposes of event communication & information, including but not exclusively: registration details & payment information, programme information & updates, social functions associated directly with the event, accommodation and travel, and speaker information & updates.
