Conference Details

The conference will include a mixture of didactic lectures, interactive case reviews and workshops. We also offer the opportunity to hear from specialists in the various fields. As in BSER 2019, we will also be including a scientific session, providing a platform for trainees to present their work in Emergency Radiology.

Target Audience:

Consultant Radiologists, Radiology Registrars, Fellows, emergency clinicians and allied health personnel who wish to broaden and deepen their knowledge of Emergency Imaging.


CPD Credits:

This course provides 12 CPD credits in accordance with the CPD Scheme of the Royal College of Radiologists.

BSER Membership:

Local delegates who attended BSER 2020 conference will receive free membership to the British Society of Emergency Radiology for 2020/2021. 

For international speakers and delegates the membership is an optional extra at £25. You can apply for one at the conference.

Conference Dinner:

This will be at the conference venue, The Millennium Gallery, Sheffield. 

After-Dinner Speaker:

Magid Magid - British-Somali activist and politican who served as the Lord Mayor of Sheffield from May 2018 to May 2019. Currently Green Party MEP for Yorkshire and Humber.
He will be sharing with us his life experience and journey of becoming the Lord Mayor and MEP.
